How order requests work

We built our checkout around one rule: no online payment. You add what you need to your cart, fill in your delivery details, and submit an order request — that's it.

Once we receive your request, we check stock, confirm your total (including delivery), and reach out by phone or email to arrange payment in whatever way suits you.

It's a little more personal than a typical checkout, and that's the point — every order gets reviewed by a person before anything is packed.
